Our products are always made using as many local ingredients as possible – the whole-grain oat flakes come from Zerna Farm, the honey comes from Taali Apiary, the dried cranberries come from Taarapõllu Farm and the flax seeds come from Raismikuoja Farm. We dry our own locally grown carrots, apples and sea-buckthorn berries. The rest of the ingredients – chocolate, nuts, tropical fruits, palm fat – come from other countries. We try to use a minimum amount of fat in our mueslis (1-2%). Our products do not contain very many ingredients, because we prefer clean flavours.
26th April to 26th September Enterprise Estonia helped provide FIE Katrin Seppa-Silmere with necessary production equipment and a website through a start-up and development grant. Project co-funded by the European Social Fund.
